Major changes have been made to the way in which you apply for a licence and
the information which is needed to accompany your application.
A major change is that the application now needs to include properly drawn and detailed floor plans of all areas subject to licensing.
We can offer you:
A measured survey and plans
to accompany your application for conversion
of your licence to a premises licence
Or
A measured survey and plans to accompany your first time application under the Licensing Act 2003.
Fees start from as low as £299.00 (Plus travelling expenses over 50 miles), and include sufficient sets of plans for the Application and 2 sets for your files.
